The Old Ladies of Darwell ecotherapy walk

23rd September 2018 @ 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

On this walk we will be meeting some of the fabulous trees of Darwell, many of which are off the beaten track, and not easy to find! We will have approximately 1 hours walking with some beautiful vistas before descending to meet these fabulous hidden gems in a secluded part of woodland. We’ll spend time as a group and individually listening to and experiencing the wisdom of these wise old ladies.

About Leonie

I am a fully qualified and accredited psychotherapist with 15 years of experience. I have an MA in Core Process Psychotherapy from the Karuna Institute in Devon.  In 2013, I also completed training in Wild Therapy and am now a facilitator of that course.

I live and work in East Sussex and practice from my home in St Leonards-on -Sea.  I also work in Hove.

My therapy room is at the bottom of my garden, nestled within the natural world, where birds, squirrels and chickens provide that essential connection.

I spend as much of my free time as possible outdoors, being nourished by all that surrounds me, pottering in my garden, and exploring with my dog.
