Open day for all to visit the allotments Come and take a look around the allotments and chat with plot holders about their gardens to gain inspiration and ideas for vegetable gardening. There will be tours of the site throughout the day and workshops on sustainable gardening (please check www.MarinaAllotments.org.uk for details). We will be cooking pizza in our communal pizza oven and will have a stall selling homemade cakes, seedlings and other allotment-themed delights. This free Green Fingers community garden project is on the grounds of the Y Centre and is run by The Art Shack, a creative and well-being space.
