A Walk on the Wild Side

This group will give you an opportunity to experience Wild Therapy, to find out more about it and how it works.
We will be focusing on what gets in the way of our innate wildness, and listening to the wisdom of the more than human.
This gentle process will give you ample opportunity to stop doing and just be.
