Photographs and memories of local women’s opposition to war and the nuclear industry and their non- violent work for peace in the 1980s.

Women’s Voice Hastings is collecting a series of personal photographs from the women who made a stand and protested against war and for nuclear disarmament. These images show a generation of women activists, how these battles were fought and echo today’s struggles with the looming reality of climate change and world conflict.
