Healthy Living Fair

A FREE event with local companies and organisations offering help and advice on how to live a healthy lifestyle and learning how to relax.
Fit Body, Healthy Mind and Positive Spirit.
With fitness, nutrition, mindfulness and well-being demonstrations including martial arts, yoga and mindfulness for both adults and children plus so much more throughout the day.
This event is in conjunction with the Y Front Run Campaign that holds a male only 5k and 10k run, walk or jog to help raise awareness of male cancer and fundraise for charity.
